If you wish to delete your account, please contact us through the official HIKKY contact form.
On submitting a delete request, please label the email address linked to the Vket account you wish to delete.

How do I change my Vket account details?

How can I change my username?

You can change your Vket account username change settings on the Vket Account My Page.

How can I change the email address registered to my account?

The email address registered to your account cannot be changed. Please consider creating a new account, or contact us about deleting your account.

How do I change my Vket account password?

Your Vket Account is linked to your Google, Microsoft, or Apple Account, so please check the account's website on how to change your password.

I forgot my Vket account password.

Your Vket Account is linked to your Google, Microsoft, or Apple Account, so please check the account's website on how to change your password.

I can't use my Google / Microsoft / Apple account anymore, so I prepared another account. Is it possible to change the link of the Vket account to the new account?

Where can I find Vket Cloud release notes?

Vket Cloud release notes can be found on the Vket Cloud SDK Manual Changelog, or the Vket Cloud SDK Updates on the Vket Cloud Community Discord.

Can I request a rollback of the uploaded data?

Data rollback is not provided. Customers are responsible for rolling back their data to previous versions.

Can I request for developing a feature on Vket Cloud SDK?

Can I ask a question about how to implement a program (code review) on the Vket Cloud SDK?

We do not accept questions on how to implement a program (code review) using the Vket Cloud SDK.

Is it possible to commission asset creation, shader customization, etc. for Vket Cloud SDK?

I can't hear my mic

Check your device settings to see if your device has a microphone connected or enabled.
If you are using a smartphone, please make sure that you have enabled the use of the microphone.
Check if your mic is muted in the world, or the Input Volume setting.

I can't hear other people

Check your device's settings to see if a speaker is connected to your device or enabled.
Please check "Voice volume" in the settings in the world.

Voice chat lags badly

Please try connecting in a stable network environment.
There is also a possibility that the issue is caused by the system setup such as proxy, firewall, etc.
Other possible causes may include hardware performance and external devices, which checking is also advised.

Where is the image data of the photographed image saved?

For PC, the image data of the captured screenshot is saved in the download folder of C:\Users\UserName\Downloads on your local computer.
For smartphones, when you are asked if you want to display the screenshot after taking a screenshot, press "Display". You will then be asked to specify the location to store the image data of the screenshot.

Download speed is slow / Download never ends

Please try refreshing your web browser and reloading.
If it still doesn't work, clear your browser's cache and try again.
Please consider reviewing your network environment.
There is also a possibility that data is not downloaded as intended due to network setup such as proxy, firewall, etc.
Other possible causes may include hardware performance and external devices, which checking is also advised.

Video doesn't start

Try refreshing your web browser and reloading.
If it still doesn't work, clear your browser's cache and try again.

Is it possible to ask you to investigate the cause and debug the problem of voice chat?

In principle, we do not provide such services individually. Please consider submitting an inquiry, which we will check the information provided and make a judgment on an individual basis, and ask you to provide further information.

What version of Unity is supported?

The operating environment for Vket Cloud SDK is Unity 2019.4.31f1 and Unity 2022.3.6f1.
If you do not have Unity, please download the corresponding version from the Unity archive.

Are there any restrictions on the VRM data of uploaded avatars?

VRM1.0 is not supported, maximum file size is 30MB.
There is no limit to the number of polygons, but please understand that we do not guarantee display or operation.
 
*By default settings for worlds created by Vket Cloud SDK, avatars having over 50,000 polygons may have its appearance switched to dummy avatars. This polygon limit may change depending on the world's setup.

What VRM versions are supported?

VRM 1.0 is not supported, so please use VRM 0.X.

Can I use it without connecting to the Internet?

We are afraid an internet connection is required.
Please note that communication costs will be borne by the customer.

Can I use it on Mac or Linux?

You can use any PC that can use web browsers such as Chrome / Firefox / Safari / Edge.
Please check the system requirements for details.

Loading stops in the middle

Try refreshing your web browser and reloading.

Browser reset happens while loading

The memory of your device may be insufficient.

Performance is heavy

Try closing other tabs and apps.

Button does not respond

Please check if the browser does not block pop-ups.

Vket Cloud does not operate when opened on 2 browser tabs

Depending on environment, performance when opening Vket Cloud on 2 or more browser tabs may be unstable.
Please consider running on a single tab.

I want to know the port number is used by Vket Cloud

Ports such as TCP/443 will be used, and UDP/1024-65535, etc. are also used for P2P communication between client terminals.

Is there a limit to the number of worlds that can be created?

There is no limit to the number of worlds you can create. Multiple worlds can be created with one account.

What is Vket Cloud?

Vket Cloud is a service developed by HIKKY, where anyone can create and play their own web-browser based metaverse.

What is required to play?

Vket Cloud can be played on PC, smartphone, and tablet web browsers with internet access. VR devices are not required!

What are the system requirements?

PC
PCs supporting web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.
 
Smartphone
Apple iPhone series:
Use a device with the latest iOS version applied.

How can I create my own world?

You may create your own world by following the steps below:
1. Click "Create a World" on the TOP page
2. Select a template to customize, or click "Create a World From Scratch"
3. Develop your world on World Builder
4. Publish!

What is an "event"?

By creating events, many people can gather in one location on a scheduled date. Hosts may designate a Vket Cloud world as location, and context is up to the event!
For scheduled events, please see the event list.

How can I join an event?

To join an event. press the "Join Event" on the event you intend to join.
When the event starts, you will see the "Enter Event Location" button on the page, so press the button to join the event location.

How can I host my own event?

Register your event by the instructions below:
 
1. Create your account, or login and click on the My Page
2. Select "My Events" located in My Worlds / Events
3. Select "Create a new Event"
4. Enter event details
5. Register Event!

How can I cancel my hosting event?

Cancel your event by the instructions below:
 
1. Click on the My Page
2. Select "My Events" located in My Worlds / Events
3. Select "Edit" on the event to be cancelled
4. Select "Cancel Event" located on bottom of page
5. Answer "Yes" to the cancel confirmation
 
*On canceling an event, a notification mail will be sent to all registered participants.

A user is causing nuisance in my hosting event. What can I do ?

The user hosting the event can use the Kick / BAN feature during the event.
 
- The kick feature allows the user causing nuisance to be kicked out from the event channel. As the kicked user can reenter, please use this feature to force the user to leave the event temporarily for various reasons.
 
- The BAN feature will kick and ban the user from re-entering the event channel.  
*If the user is banned from the event, they cannot be unbanned from the event channel.

Can I communicate with other users?

Yes, you can communicate with other users on the same instance using text chat or voice chat.

I can't get into the same world as my friends.

Please make sure to enable access to your mic in your browser setting. Mic access is required to meet other users.

What is the "Avatar Maker"?

The "Avatar Maker" is a tool for creating avatars in an intuitive experience. Search & choose from numerous hairstyles, clothes, accessories, and other assets created by various creators, and create your own original avatar!

Can I use avatars created by the Avatar Maker on other platforms?

Yes, you can! The avatar data can be downloaded in VRM format, which can be imported to various platforms for your own use.

Can I modify and use the avatar created with Avatar Maker?

Yes!

Can I upload my own avatar data?

Yes, but only if it is formatted in a VRM data. Please press the "Upload Avatar" button on the Avatar Maker to upload your avatar's VRM file.

Is there any limit on the VRM data that can be uploaded?

VRM1.0 is not supported, and file size must be 30 MB or under. While there is no poly count limit, we do not guarantee that the model can be displayed and operated as intended when in large numbers. Please note that avatars over 50,000 poly count will not be displayed in the My Room. Actual avatar appearance and performance may vary among worlds.

Example: The poly count of the official VketChan 01 model is 17,352. *This example is for reference, reducing the poly count to meet this number is not mandatory.

I cannot upload my avatar data.

Avatar uploading may fail when requirements below are not met:

- Keep the file size of your VRM file under 30MB - VRM1.0 is not supported. Please use VRM 0.X. - Avatar texture files must be in png format. If you are using jpg or other formats, please convert it to png.

The lower body of my uploaded VRM avatar got buried in the ground when I played a certain emote (e.g. wotagei) while being in the World.

The motions in My Room are designed for avatars created with Avatar Maker. Non-standard or non-human bone structure may lead to unintended animation appearances.

Security and privacy

I got an account warning. Or my account was suspended and I don't know the reason.

Miscellaneous

Can I take photos/videos, or stream on worlds?

You may freely take photos/videos, stream, and upload on social media, but please follow the rules if the world creator has prohibited redistribution, posting, and streaming.
